FOR STUDENTS & ATHLETES

For student-athletes, growing self-awareness skills are just as important as training for their sports. True success includes not only learning how to be good team players but, also developing skills and understanding as positive global citizens. BEYOND THE HUDDLE workshops encourage social skills for young people that can help them navigate life and better understand the impact of their words and actions.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Leah Zenk

BEYOND THE HUDDLE workshops focus on creating respectful and inclusive climates both in-person and online. Participants deepen their understanding by engaging in perspective-building exercises and real-life courageous reflections. Workshop objectives are purposeful in providing skills that help young people to better understand themselves and how to build unifying relationships with others.

FOR ADULTS

Beyond the huddle

Adults interested in hosting a BEYOND THE HUDDLE workshop can contact us directly. We believe the best way to teach children about respect and diversity is by sharing our stories and holding safe spaces to explore our differences, honestly and courageously. This program can be customized and is appropriate for children ages eight years and up.
